This vintage has a great plummy nose with toasty overtones.  Rustic tannins.  Medium bodied with a spicy dry finish.  The grapes name breaks down to mean "good, fine wine"!  Great with portabella mushrooms or pork tenderloin.

Wolf's Prairie Red

Oaky aromas integrated with a subtle smokiness.  Full flavors of dark cherry, plum, and spices.  Lingering finish!  This combination of the hybrid grapes de Chaunac and Chelois will age well for years, getting softer and rounder with time.
